This caller called my daughter in Amman, Jordan stating the he want to talk to Hana because he has information about hana and her sister sara. He try to get personal information and was fishing for something. This person is doing something illegel. when my daughter called me and gave me the number I tried to call him, the number is out of service. Please do something about this kind of harasment. They never leave a message for me and hang up when I answer. If they call about a friend or relative- they are NEVER to say the friend or relative owes money. They are allowed to call you to leave a phone number or ask for better contact information. They may only say it is a business matter. If they actually say your friend or relative owes money, they are then in violation of the FDCPA- your relative may be entitled $$ for this breach of privacy. The collection agency itself will be fined by the government $1000 if it is the first time and more money on successive violations.

when I returned the call (with my caller ID turned off), it was answered by a voice mail greeting, saying: "welcome to Hays Cosmo, please wait while your record is retrieved" and then disconnected.

This # called 3 days in a row at different times and when calling back, it rings twice. Then the operator states this... "Your Call Can Not Be Completed As Dialed Please Check Your Number And Dial Again..."

call in morning hours almost every day but noone is ever there

wasnt home to answer the phone call but I know it was something about credit card rates because I've been getting alot of them lately.

The caller was very rude, and held the telephone without speaking as if she was a prank caller.

Keeps calling almost daily and playing the same message (woman's voice) for months now: "This message is for Redolfo Equazada, if this message is not for you please erase, this is Chelsy...(See talks too fast and garbled just at that point when mentioning the name of thier company), this is a Collections Agency...22054341". Need to have an end to this crap! PUC, State's Attorney, etc. where are you?
